We have simplified the process of having your own villa constructed to ensure that the project is within your budget before you buy the land and start the design process.

We offer an extensive range of villas from single storey 2 bedroom homes to larger family homes. Each one can be modified to create a unique home with the living space tailored to meet your individual lifestyle.

You select a style of villa and the location – either from one of our available plots or through a personalised search for a plot that meets your requirements.

Working with one of our engineers and taking into account the available views, you determine the layout of the villa, pool and gardens on the plot and specify any adjustments to the internal walls on the floor plan or the cosmetic finishing details. Optional extras to incorporate additional features can also be chosen.

Based on your selection we will provide you with a single fixed price contract to complete your new home thereby eliminating all unexpected costs.
